About Alliance Maritima

Alliance Maritima promotes and devellops artistic creativity, scientific research, cultural exchange and collaboration between creative and environnemental professionals from the Mediterranean or dedicates to the region.

In order to fullfil its mission, the organisation has beeb founded in Paris. Neing the cultural center of the Mediterranean countries, this city gives many great opportunities to present outstanding projects to a wider audience and professional community.

All Organized bu international curators, researchers and artists, Alliance Maritima is already based on a wided experience of artistic work in collaboration with many universities, museums, art institutions in Spain, France, Italy and Russia.

Exhibitions and public appearances, performances and artist residences are just some of the format of artitistic communication that Alliance Maritima has used throughout it activities.

Alliance Maritima is founded as a Spanish-French non-profit organization dedicated to supporting relations in the Mediterranean region throught innovative and more sustainable cultural and educational art projects.

We create limited edition interior decor objects that reflect the artists’ aesthetics, aiming to bring contemporary art into everyday life and enhance both private and public spaces across Europe.

Art and Science Residency in collaboration with scientists from the Valencian Scientific Park of University of Valencia, and University Catholica IMEDMAR Laboratory, Valencia.
Final exhibitions and talks: La Nau, LOOP Festival Barcelona, Centro del Carme Cultura Contemporania; conferences at Good Planet, Institut Français Valencia, and Es Baluard Museum Mallorca.

2018
Round table discussion at Veles y Vents (Valencia) featuring 12 contemporary European artists. Sponsored by Arte & Diseño: Amstel.

2017
Artistic Residency, Valencia. Invited artists included Robin Lopvet (Paris) and Myriam Moreno (Valencia) for a collaborative project in sculpture, jewelry, and photography.
Final exhibition of the residency, "Portable Art," showcased at:
- Osnova Gallery, Moscow
- Galería Coll Blanc, Valencia, Spain
- Escuela Superior del Arte y Diseño (EASD), Valencia, Spain
- Transatlantique Gallery, Paris

2016
Production of interior collections in art and design:
- Collaborated with contemporary artist Natasha Tarr and a Valencian craft studio for textile production.

- Worked with contemporary artists Jeanne Susplugas and Andrey Berger at the Limoges porcelain factory for porcelain set production.

- Partnered with contemporary artist Ustina Yakovleva at a carpet factory for a carpet collection.

Final exhibitions and design fairs held in Paris (Maison&Objet), Madrid (Hotel Puerta América), and Moscow (L’Appartement concept store/design gallery).

2014-2015

Art and ceramic residency in Manises, Valencia, in collaboration with José Gimeno Ceramic Studio.

Final exhibitions included:

- "CASA RUSA" - Exhibition of ceramic works at Centro de Artesanía, Valencia, Spain (2014)

- "Metamorphosis" - Installation by invited artist Ilya Fedotov-Fedorov (Moscow), a contemporary bio-artist, at the Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias, Valencia, Spain (2015).
